Alon
Alon is our master chef and founder, the owner of MeZe, a thriving Organic Mediterranean fusion Restaurant in Grass Valley, California. With over 30 years of culinary experience from all corners of the globe, Alon has a wealth of knowledge in a variety of cuisines. He is a free-spirited thinker who has made it his life’s mission to explore the evolving methods of achieving optimal health through nutritional foods, diets, fasts, and various methods of meditation. Alon places great value on quality ingredients and is most passionate about using his talent to combine and orchestrate a symphony of flavors that will tantalize your taste buds.

Noam
Our co-chef Noam is a true renaissance woman, with talents spanning a wide range of fields. While she studied architecture and even worked on housing projects in Costa Rica and the US, her true calling lies in creating mouth-watering cuisine. In the kitchen, Noam is nothing short of a culinary genius, and even Alon defers to her expertise in certain situations.
Tav
Our talented pastry and sweets chef, is not only a master of creating delicious and healthy desserts, but also a talented musician. She discovered her passion for pastry while making sourdough bread, and has since honed her skills in using organic ingredients to make raw cakes and other delectable treats. In addition to her culinary talents, Tav’s passion for music adds a creative touch to everything she does. Her ability to blend flavors and create unique desserts is a true testament to her creativity and dedication to her craft.


Antares
Antares is the driving force behind “The Organic Cater”, bringing his experience and passion to every aspect of the business. Having traveled the world for the past 20 years, he has gained a wealth of knowledge and insights that inform his work. From running a business on Amazon.com to running a food stand in the farmers market of Costa Rica, he has a diverse background that allows him to approach his work with a unique perspective.
Antares is deeply committed to promoting and living a high vibe lifestyle, and this philosophy is reflected in the mission and approach to food of The Organic Cater. As the marketing expert of the team, he is always exploring fresh and innovative ways to spread the message to the wider world.
